Must be waiting till spring

My chicks hatched in March. They are over 34 weeks and not one egg. Turns out 3 of my 10 are roos. 1 hen died a couple days ago for reasons unknown. My remainder hens have yet to lay their first egg. I guess they are waiting till the Spring comes to lay?

Mine werent laying either, we put a light in the coop to have 16 hrs daylight and within two weeks 7 of them are laying, we also added larger front boards on our nesting boxes and an easier way to get into them.... Good Luck!
