Must debeak today. Help

This is very sad.... I am so sorry for you guys with this problem. My heart goes out to you for your efforts. I am sure this will be me someday. But I hope not. It sounds much like a horror movie! Yiikes.

A couple of other things I would try also--take out the light (dead chickens don't lay anyway!), increase space as much as possible (Way over minimum, which is much to tight IMHO). Try crumble instead of pellets. Try scuffing their scratch into the litter to keep them busy. Add some roosts so they can get away from each other. Good luck!
