Must Have Coop Advice

Good morning all my fellow duck enthusiasts! We are getting our duck coop and run ready and I'd like to know:
What are your favorite tips, products and set up that has worked for you? You see, I'd love to glean from your past failures and skip that step !
Can't wait to hear and see picture!
(We have 9 ducklings that are almost 2 weeks old. 3 Welsh, 3 rouen and 3 blue swedish)

Since I don't have a run but half acre fenced for mine I'll let others chime in on those specifics But Congratulations on your new babies love to see some pics. Mine do have secure housing inside that half acre.
