Miri backed up. She definitely did not want to be the mare being mated while the stallion was fighting. She started galloping till she judged it was safe.

Eagle,the oldest of the three, trotted behind his two sisters,Hawk and Kestrel. He layed his ears back at Hawk's whining.

"My feet hurt! I'm tired! I'm hungry! Why can't we stop? I don't like this place! I'm thirsty..." Hawk complained.. She was the youngest and a big baby.

Kestrel whirled around. "Hawk! Shut-up!" she said the words 'shut up' in two breaths.
