Sooooo, I just bought a silkie chick today to join the others, and realizes that it had TWO EXTRA TOES ON EACH FOOT

Is this a normal silkie thing? is it a roo? only a week old........ Uggggh, I feel like I should know something about this!

silkies have 5 toes as opposed to 4. sometimes you will get them with 4/5 or 5/6 toes - so not unusal. you cant typically tell sex on silkies until 4+ months if your lucky
