Well I have 3 batches of eggs in the bator.
Some Silkies set on 22 feb
Maran eggs set on 26 feb and
BC marans on 3 March
I pulled the silkie eggs ( feb22) from the turner on day 18 and raised the humidity in the incubator from around 50% to about 70 % buy adding another pan of water. Is there any consern for the other eggs being at the higher humidity?
I dont have 2 incubators to seperate the hatches and it looks ad if im not the only person on here that has mutiple eggs set in there bators. Is there a good average for both say 60% and just let it rip. Thanks

I wouldn't raise the humidity that high, especially as the other eggs are marans, they have trouble drying out enough to hatch as it is. I would just let the humidity go to 50-55 for the hatch, then take it back down to 30 or so. And yes, having humidity all over the place can cause birth defects and problems with chicks that pip and die before hatching. Especially the marans. Maybe you could makeshift rig up a hatcher with materials at hand and keep your other eggs at the right humidity? Doesn't have to be fancy, just warm and humid, with not too much air exchange.
