mutt cross- what color eggs?

If I have pullets that were the results from a brown laying hen and white(breed type) egg laying roo. Would the resulting pullets lay a lighter brown egg? I'm just curious what colo their eggs will be, of course I'm not patient enough to just wait and see

My neighbor gave me mutt eggs to hatch and I'm wondering the same thing. Only thing is that one parent was an EEer and the other parent is a brown egger. I'm thinking the eggs these babies lay will be U-gly (long U sound), maybe an olive-brownish color? The babies themselves are pretty interesting as they all look different. They hatched on 6/13. I'm new to chickens so have no clue about your eggs, but I would say they will be some shade of brown, tan maybe? lol I suppose you will find out. LOL As will I.
