Should I be worried and potentially take her to a doctor? She has been pooping and it’s been a couple hours since it happen and it has yet to pass. I’m trying to stay calm but I’m new to chickens and idk what to do.

How big was the rubber band? What breed is your chick?

I've had chickens eat rubber bands, poop them out, then get excited and eat them again before I could take them away. Euch. But the chickens were adults and fine.
Your chick will probably be fine.

The rubber band was about 2 cm in diameter and about a millimeter thick. And the chick breed is americauna or Easter Egger.

That would scare me too. My month old chicks found a cigarette filter (must have been in a bag of pine shavings) and it set off a chase competition for possession of the dang thing. I finally won.

I think your chick will be fine. Be sure they have access to water, watch for any lame behavior. Chickens sure do some crazy stuff.
