My 1 year old Black Austalope hen has a large bump on her chest.

My son and I just noticed tonight that one of our austalopes has a large growth or bump on her chest. It feels hard and you can move it around. It is about the size of a softball maybe a little bigger. She seems fine and is running around with the pack. Should we be nervous?

I don't know how to post a pic, I looks a little better today. I think it might be a full crop, but is it possible that it would get that big and how come?
 
sometimes they just eat alot. Check it first thing in the morning before her eating anything. It should be smaller or completely gone.
 
True story, what chickenlady said. They'll particularly do this if they were without food for a short bit.
