I actually think your #1 black is a hen based on that picture you've posted.

So I say

#2=Rooster
#3=hen

A couple more pictures of #1, he/she is quite red in the face (colour doesn't come out right in the photo). That's Holly the Nth Holland Blue in the background, lol

on easter eggers, patchy coloring (red shoulders), usually indicated roo, as does a triple rowed pea comb. Its sexed over 100 chicks here correctly!

With these new pictures, this is a rooster. You can tell this by just looking at his tail feathers. His main sickles and his lesser sickles are already showing.
