My 16 week old "pullet" crowed this morning :(

I was given a straight run of 6 chicks and we've spent the past 15 or so weeks guessing who the boys are. One BR we guessed correctly because of his quick development of wattles. My mystery chick which has turned out to be a beautiful red EE made his first attempt at crowing at 5:15 this morning. The BR began crowing minutes later. They sound like broken bicycle horns. I'm in the city with very close neighbors so I just finished catching these 2 noisy butts in my robe and locked them in our guest bathroom. Now I guess they'll live there until the local butcher opens. Yep. Freezer camp has arrived and I'm not sure what I think of it.

Glad 'he' announced himself before hot weather (and open windows) started!
Sorry to hear about your freezer camp...but then again....room for two more?!
