Sweet. I'm stuck at home today, we're having one heck of a storm, wind is up to 50mph. And Beverly's is having their annual winter sale! It's only 3 days, and I missed the first 2! NOOOOOO! I wanted plaid for a quilt I'm making. And some white for my redwork chicken quilt... Anyway, chat with me. My internet comes and goes, so it's difficult in the actual chat room. Oh yeah, this is my 200th post.

Congrats!!! it is always fun to mark your milestone. sorry you're gonna miss the sale. Can you phone them and ask for a raincheck? Feel free to join in on the much ado about nothing thread. It's alot of silly fun!!

Show us some photos of your chicken quilt. I love redwork.

I am currently at the end of a quilt and working on 3 crochet projects.

Before you know it, you'll be like Cyn... who's pushing her 8,000th post!

At the moment I'm still working on collecting photos and supplies. I am working on an 8 pointed star quilt though. That ones coming along well. My other project right now consists of making a rug! It's the one where you take long strips of leftover fabric and braid it together, them wind it spiral-like into a rug. That's coming along pretty well. I'll get posts of that up in a bit.

That and we're getting ready to order Araucauna hatching eggs, and looking forward to the possibility of more serama eggs. My babies are doing well. I did have one of my pullets die yesterday though. I wasn't really "attached" per say-but it was a bummer, she was an "A". It was most likely hypothermia. She was my bf's favorite though. He was here when I found her, and he started crying, I had to go out and take care of her myself. My other serama pullet was pretty upset when I removed the body. So the pair are in the garage with the chicks(different cage of course).
