I hope your humidity is high enough! If it isn't cranked right up there when they start to hatch, they can dry out and stick to the inside of the shell.

I've read that ducks may take anywhere from a couple hours to hatch, to a couple days. DO NOT HELP THEM OUT OF THE SHELL.

"Helping," while most of the time you're trying to be nice and get them out faster, will kill them. People and dogs/cats and other animals can have ceasarian sections because you can clamp the umbilical cord to prevent blood loss. Ducks and other egg babies have blood vessels running all over the shell, so they'll bleed out before you can help them out. If it looks like they are struggling, they are. Babies that come from eggs need to work and have a hard time coming out of the shell so they can be stronger when they're adults. They need to have that final push to help get blood into their feathers (I read that somewhere, not sure how true it is). I know butterflies need to work to get out of their chrysalis so the fluids in their bodies gets pushed and squeezed into their wings, so maybe ducks (and other egg-babies) are the same.

Chances are, if you have a weak hatch-er, they will be a weak adult. Usually being sick more than the others and so forth.
