My 3 week old chook has hole on its wing

My 3 week old chick has a hole on its wing and I don't know if it was pecked by my other young chicks. Any advise I should do. Here is link of the picture:

I don't really see a peck doing that, it looks more like it got caught on wire somewhere. It doesn't look infected. I don't see it getting bigger unless it does start being pecked or it gets caught on other things

That doesn't look like anything to be worried about; you can apply triple antibiotic ointment (WITHOUT pain relief) to help it heal. To me, it looks just like a hole made when chicks are banded thru the wing; should heal up fine.
