My 3 weeks old baby chick isn't moving properly and always sitting down.

I would try to get some vitamins as well. Human vitamins can be used. B-Complex or if you can get infant/children vitamins without iron, those would be o.k. for a couple of days a week as well.
Please check the pics out if you have time. She looks like she's in a lot of pain when moving.

Poor thing!
If she seems in a lot of pain, then putting her out of her misery might be the best thing to do.
Hard to tell by the photos, but possibly she has some swelling of the joints.
Sadly some chicks fail to thrive or they have something wrong that we can't fix.

I think she's in pain when moving because once she moves a little bit she sits down very quickly, almost like she's falling and her legs can't support her. She's starting to move a little bit now with her legs up but the swelling is also kind of bigger. Isn't there anything I can do? Her sister is very attached to her (when I take either of them out the other one starts chirping very loudly & she'd try to jump out of the brooder to get her sister) so if she loses her she'd be very sad :(
