well we will be on our way to dr. in about an hour now. his foot is pounding he said. it is kept him up last night. talk to you all when I get back maybe. we have my daughters birthday cookout today she is 19 dh's b day was wed. he was 43!
 
they got it out! it was huge! almost an inch long had to cut his foot now he is in REAL PAIN!!
 
That happened to me! There was a sewing needle in carpet and I was walking around barefoot- got it about 1/2 inch into my heel and had to pull it our with pliers!!!

I feel his pain- can't imagine having to have it cut out! hopefully he's a quick healer...

PICS would be great but if they're crowing I also think VIDEO would be awesome!

okay I didn't get a pic of the quail yet but here is the piece of the needle that came out of his foot today it is just shy of an inch long

I'll get the quail tomorrow. I have to clean out from under their pen anyway. right now we have 77 left i believe. I don't know which one is crowing. Dh got to hear him this morning though. He is usually at work by the time they start to crow. Every morning around 6:00 am they start and then quit about an hour later.
