3rd one might be a fella
Is it worth mentioning the waddles have been slowly growing since 3 weeks old? The first ones comb came in at like week 3 also and was red, then didn't grow basically at all, and lightened up in color, so I'm just hoping they're early bloomers. Not to mention if any of them seem like a hen the most it's number 3. The most scared, clucks, hides, and lays low.

I agree with nuthatched

Behavior isn't a good indicator of gender.
9 weeks is too early for pullets to be early bloomers.

The third one is looking pretty suspicious.

All chickens will have a different personality, no matter gender. I have seen some pretty scared-acting cockerels before, and it's not too uncommon to see in my opinion.
