My 6 week old ducks eye is foaming

I fill my bathtub with room temperature water once a day and let him swim until hes ready to get out (he let's me know by trying to climb out himself, haha) I have a 1 gallon wateter in the box, but not a bowl deep enough to dunk his whole head. I am hoping this is just an eye issue and nothing respiratory, poor baby has been through so much in these short 6 weeks

Hopefully not, I would highly suggest getting him a deep waterer so he can clean his eyes frequently, and do as @Miss Lydia suggested.

Can I use a Tupperware or kitchen bowl or should I wait until the supply store opens to get a deeper waterer?

Sure place something under the bowl so it catches some of the water, just make sure the bowl is heavy so he doesn’t turn it over easily.

Slowly getting better, still not walking very well but able to stand for long periods and take a few solid steps before laying back down and feet and legs seem much straighter. Hes standing and walking perfectly in the bathtub but gets tired easily and starts trying to climb out after about 15 minutes

Do you have some kind of a bucket you could use for water? I put a large aluminum pan under my bucket that will catch any spilled water so the box isn't a mess. Something like this. I usually put a block of wood of a rock next to it so they can have something to stand on to reach it. My runners just about turn themselves upside down sticking their long necks all the way in.
