My 7 week pullets and cockerels went into the nest box and ate the egg

I have 5 JG babies... I made nest boxes the other day and the hens love them... started laying in them today but the JG went in there and attacked the egg. I do have decoy eggs in there too but they went for the real egg I didn't even know was in there.

What do I do to stop this?

They free range all day... it isn't boredom...

Help!!

I am sorry it may be very obvious but I havent had enough coffee to day.. what is a JG??
