My absolute favorite chick. Mystery bantam...whatchoo think?

Got it out of the straight run mystery bantam bin. It is the sweetest chick ever. Flies to me and purrs while being held. What do you guys think? Breed? Gender?

The banty is on the left. The other is my Blue Andalusian chick.

She actually seemed to enjoy having her picture taken all over the place and even started to fall asleep in the flower pot.

Looks like a Blue Quail variety of an Old English Game bantam! What a cutie with big ol' eyes! I have one like her/him - this picture is a couple of weeks old, and mine is starting to get those pretty feathers on its shoulders too!

Yes, kcaywood. That is almost exactly what she looked like! She was a beautiful gray color, but had those same" eyeliner" eyes. I named her Cleo, short for Cleopatra. I just hope she's a girl. She is just way too sweet to have to get rid of.

Looks like one I had, turned out to be mille fleur old english game bantam, very graceful birds.

Just want more folks to have a say, I guess.... anyone else have ideas.

Id probably say Old English... that's what the feed store guy said most of em probably were.
