I have a dog that belongs to my neighbor, and she comes to my house every day. Her name's Frieda. But as soon as I adopted my baby chick, that I named, Peeper, Frieda was overly scared of my baby chick, so that when Peeper went to Frieda, Frieda would just whine loudly, and walk away! Now she is very scared of my baby chick even when I try to get them to cooperate! HELP!!!

Anybody else have scaredy dogs (other than my 2 doors down neighbor's mean, ruthless, and murderous dogs, Mochi and Moco)?

Do you only have one chick? Chickens are flocking birds and won’t do well alone.
As for you dog, she will get used to the chick, and they might even become friends! They just have to get used to each other.
Although the chickie may demand a doggie-back ride around the yard! 😂

I have only 1 chick, and my dog Frieda whines and walks away from the chick in a scared feeling.
