my amazing guineas

oh my, one of my males is a FE male. but I still have a male- bad bart is still around from last yr. so that's 3 hens laying 4 eggs/day but that only happened 1 day.

people kept telling me I had 4 hens, because there is no way i should be getting 4 eggs/day.
now I know that I have 3 hens that lay 4 eggs. I saw them mating. The bird I have thought was the male was on top and very obviously mating not beating up. I added a new male believing I had 4 hens and removed the other super large female. today I put them all out together again and turns out she truly is a he.

I think I said you have at least three hens...

To have it happen that often, IMO you probably have at least three hens. If you can watch them for a whole day, keep track how many of them make the "buckwheat" noise.

IF you did go out and get another male, when you were already getting fertile eggs, THAT would be YOUR decision.
(FYI: Guineas tend to mate 1 to 1 unless confined closely together)

Glad to hear you figured out who is whom.
