My ameracauna still looks fuzzy

I am new to chickens and bought 6 chicks at th me feed store 1/10/2014. 3 Rhode Island Reds and 3 ameracauna? The are all growing quickly and beautifully but one hasn't gotten the feathers like the rest. The ameracauna still looks fuzzy. Can anyone tell me why

Hmmm....at four months they should not have any chick fluff left even if they are slow feather growers.

I wonder if that bird has some silky in it.......you never know.
 
That's the only thing I can think of. Thanks for your reply. Anyone else have a theory?

It does look silkied. I remember a thread in the Breed, Genetics and Showing section about lavender Ameracaunas with silkied feathers. A search should turn it up :)
