My ameraucanas are making me mad!!!!!

No way but i went out to the coop to put more feed in and 2 of them were squatting so i looked in the coop and there was an egg!!!!! I am not lying it has a tiny bit of blood on it but it is so small!!!!!

I have 3 easter egger /cochin mixes. They were hatched 6/6/11. All three have been doing that nasty brown poo that chickens do before laying but none of them are squatting and they all have pale combs still. So based on what people are saying here I could have as long as another 4 to 6 weeks before they lay? If easter egger chickens start so late do they lay eggs longer during their lifespan than other breeds?

I t was a green and a tiny bit of a blue tint.... it had a tiny bit of blood on it is that ok
