My ancona stopped laying.

I purchased an ancona about six weeks ago and she started laying for me after two days. She laid for five days after and then she just stopped and hasn't laid since! Also, her comb has shrunk dramatically and her lobes have turned yellowish. She seems fine in every other way, eating, scratching and exploring. I've watched her closely to see if she has been laying in the hedge but I really don't think so.
Does anyone know what the problem could be?!

Maybe you want to make sure she has enough protein. You could give her yogurt,Cheese ect. That helped when ours weren't laying

It's funny you should say that, lucy7, 'cause I've just started trying them with yoghurt and they seem to love it, sometimes eating it off each others beaks!
