My aracauna

I can't seem to get a good pic but I got a new chick a few days ago, a black aracauna. Except she (hopefully a she) has a white underbelly_butt area, like her vent fluff is white I've yet to see a grown aracauna like that. And she is yet to be named. Actually we have 6 new chicks. Two are lavender orpingtons whoso far look identical,three leghorn barnyard mixes- ones all yellow/maybe full leghorn and two have a few black specks and one of the black specked ones has a gold dot on its head.

I'm adding these to my flock of 6 hens-3 leghorns, an EE who is mostly cooper-red, a wyandotte who is black and gold,and a blue orpington.

I don't know about araucanas, but it's pretty normal for black chickens to have some white fluff as chicks. My black australorp looked like a penguin as a chick.

I hope mine keeps a little white or at least light gray I think it's cute and yes it does look like a penguin...how did I not think of that?
