My Aussie chick needs help PLEASE

Hi everyone! I was hoping someone could help me... One of my Aussie chicks has some sores on her neck and she is not growing her feathers on her wings. She is the only one like this and I have 12 in the same brooder. Please help!!!

Is she being bullied? Can you possibly separate her from the rest so she is able to eat/drink and sleep without being bothered? To help with the sores, try neosporin.

Every time I go in the room to check on them she is acting fine and I never see any of the others picking on her. I do appreciate your suggestions! I will put her in a separate brooder and put some neosporin on her sores! She is eating and drinking they do not fight over food. That is what was so weird. None of them fight! Hopefully the neosporin will heal her sores up so she can grow her feathers in!
