My australorp cockerel started limping on right foot(he was normal yesterday and in today in morning)

Here are some pics. On right foot he has which I assume is cut. Left is normal, how do I treat it and will it go on his own. Thanks

General care would be to clean the foot well. I would use Chlorhexidine if possible. Let that dry. Apply a very thin layer of triple antibiotic ointment to the wound, then wrap the foot. Keep on clean dry bedding.
Take the wrappings off daily and access the wound.
