They are very cute. You might want to rethink having the newspaper...it's slick and can be hard for them to walk and can sometimes cause leg problems. Before I switch to pine shavings when they're a few days old, I use puppy pads for the bottom of the brooder.

O.K. newspaper's gone. Can I use straw?

Straw would be better than the newspaper as long as you watch it doesn't become wet and musty. Do you have any of that rubbery shelf liner? That works good too.

When DH gets home I will go buy some bedding from walmart. They are walking better now that the paper is gone and straw is down. They just cherp cherp it is so cute.
