What are you feeding them ?

I don't see any food and water in your brooder. Chicks need access to both during all waking hours.
You also appear to have one or more with either a broken or deformed leg limping around.

They do look a bit less well feathered than they should be by a month old. However they look healthy and active. It is likely to be a nutrition issue. They might need a higher percentage of protein.

After a second watch I can also see one with a serious leg problem that needs attention.

Also It’d Be good if you cleaned out all that dirt and replaced it with a nice deep litter of wood shavings.
