This is the second round of brooding for me but the first that I'm actually keeping at home. The previous chicks went out to our egg co-op to live.

We ordered a quarter box, but 9 were destined for my friend's place. Right now we have 7 Buff Orpingtons, 3 Light Brahmas, 2 Red Cochins, 2 Barnevelders and 1 lone Salmon Faverolles.

We need to find homes for 5 of the Orpingtons and one of the Brahmas pretty soon though.
