My baby chick is bleeding

The spot looks swollen and appears to have a hole in the middle. It is located on his back right above his new tail feathers. I noticed it this morning and removed the chick from the others. This afternoon I had 2 more with the same problem. I'm afraid they all have some kind of disease. Please reply

How old are the chicks? Could one of the other chicks being doing it? Are they housed with any older chickens that could be traumatizing the babies? If this is indeed a disease and not trauma, then posting a picture would really be helpful.
