My baby chick is very lethargic and won’t eat. Please help or I am afraid to lose her!!

She did. None of the other ones ever got sick so there must have been something wrong with her specifically. I did go back and get one like her and they all lived. The one that was a momma bird to them and literally put her wing around them, is a rooster. I am not supposed to have roosters here but I love him so I will have to keep him in secret. He doesn’t crow until he hears me so he is a very strange rooster

Sorry for her. I hop your rooster doesn't crow alot! Just don't get more than that one, or they will have 'crowing matches.'

The one i had gotten because she looked just like the other baby and was the only one looks like a rooster too. They are both very tiny though so I am not really worried about getting caught. I had one a long time ago and it had gotten killed by raccoons but he crowed alot and my then neighbors, who called animal control and code on me multiple times, were horrible but they never heard him and they would snoop around my house all the time looking for things to call on. They are Silkie and polish so I hope they don’t get big enough to cause a lot of noise

Neighbor drama is stressful! Ours go over into our neighbor’s yard and dig up his mulch, so we have to watch them all the time now. It doesn’t help that he keeps getting mad and yelling at us for our ‘sloppy yard.’

I am just done with people and their stupid opinions. The people that moved in after them were fine until she married and he was something. He came over to our house spewing codes saying we couldn’t have chickens 50 feet from the property line. Thats for cattle and he was reading county not city. We live in the city! Then he started saying we caused rats to come over to his house and we threw feathers on there property. We did not throw feathers over there, it’s windy and the feathers fly around because I can’t go around picking up every single one. I also can’t stop them from molting. Then they threatened to throw poison down and I had to put cameras on my side of the property line going down so I knew if they threw something down. Then they said I was spying on them because I caught some of their closed in garage. I hated them so why would I want to look at their ass family. They tried to get my father arrested because when they were parked in front of my driveway at night, they said he tried to run over their daughter because we were going into our driveway as they drove away. That same night, about 20 minutes later, there are two police officers at my door. The thing is my camera caught us waiting about 20 feet from them for about 5 minutes then pulling in. She says we were driving erratically at a high rate of speed and her poor step daughter claimed she was a victim. Thankfully they moved and the court didn’t believe her. I really hope your neighbor starts to figure out that they are animals and you can’t tell them what to do and they will listen.
