My baby chick is very lethargic and won’t eat. Please help or I am afraid to lose her!!

The medicated feed is to prevent coccidia. If you see blood in any of the poops, they will need treatment (not just medicated feed). If the chicks have not been on the ground they probably have not been exposed, so non medicated feed should be fine. I doubt she would have picked it up in one day.
She hasn’t touched anything outside of their own bedding that I know of. She isn’t doing better but she hasn’t gotten worse that I know of. She is sleeping but she seems to be really really really tired.

You're doing all you can. If she doesn't make it, it won't be because of you.
She pooped sorry about the food it was spilt on the floor. It was clear with a white mucus. I have gave her some more electrolytes and some niacin since they can get deficient too and my duck was and we got her from the same store.

Could she be stressed because of the move and new chicks? It says clear can be caused by stress and if she was stressed wouldn’t she be tired and not wanting to eat?

How is the chick this morning?
She didn’t die and her poop is white again. I don’t know what to use to make her eat. The weakness and not eating probably do not help react each other.

well she made it the night. She is still really lethargic and not eating but

this after noon she is chirping more but still very sleepy. She hasn’t gotten worse and will put up a fight a little when she has to be dropper watered. She is pooping clear with white still.

I'm glad she made it through.
Maybe you could try wetting some of the chick crumbles and see if you can get some in her mouth. It might get her started.
Sprinkling crumbles out on a surface can entice them into eating. Use your finger to show her how to peck. The other chicks will help show her also.

She did. None of the other ones ever got sick so there must have been something wrong with her specifically. I did go back and get one like her and they all lived. The one that was a momma bird to them and literally put her wing around them, is a rooster. I am not supposed to have roosters here but I love him so I will have to keep him in secret. He doesn’t crow until he hears me so he is a very strange rooster
