My bABY CHICK IS VOMITING WATER

i have 3 chicks but only one of them is vomiting water. I’m not sure if it’s vomiting, more like water just comes out of his mouth. His poop is really watery so I think he has diarrhea. I am VERY worried. What should I do

Sometimes if chickens drink too much water at once, the water will pour back out of their mouths. It's not an issue unless it persists. How is your chick doing now?

Everything else is normal but I’ve seen him pour water out of his mouth 3 times (not in the same day). What should I do? Do I give it less water?

Are you just giving water in a regular chick waterer?
