you will love your Wyandotte and from what I've heard Australorps are great too. BRs are hit or miss, some are great, others are flighty. My barred rocks are more on the flighty side. All of my Wyandottes are docile and friendly, pretty good odds out of 27 chicks!

They are addictive aren't they? I lost a Wyandotte a couple of days ago and am thinking of replacing her with three others as well.

they are very addictive, you always want more especially after you find what wonderful personalities some have. They make you feel special the way they act with you and you cry your eyes out when they are gone.
