Why are my baby chicks feet different colors two have like a gray colored feet and the others have like pink feet.

Some of the same breed have pink feet and some of the same breed have gray colored feet.

Then my thought is they're not the breed you were told. It's possible for hatchery quality birds to not have the correct color legs. Do you have pictures?

What kind are they? Are they all supposed to be pullets? You can post pictures on the chicken id thread. Some breeds are gender id'd by the color of their feet, but donrae may be giving you the correct answer.

Also, where did you get them? Chicken’s feet color is controlled by genetics. If the person selecting which chickens breed does not select for foot color along with everything else, you can get a variety.

If you got your chickens from someone that is selecting for show-quality chickens, I’d expect the feet to be all the right color. If you got them from someone not breeding them as show-quality chickens, like a hatchery or a lot of backyard breeders, I would not be shocked by having some show-quality features wrong.
