My baby quails won't walk?!!!

Hello I have recently been incubation coturnix quails. Yesterday morning I had a pip, it tuck ages for anything to happen. Today the hole got bigger. Well I had s power cut when I was out it went out for 5 hours. I got home and saw the eggs were cold and the membrane was leathery. After a few hours when the incubator warned up the membrane was still dry I had to help the little quails get out. I safely got them out and it's been about 3 hours but the quails at just lying in there back flapping. They won't walk it's like there head is to heavy? Can someone help me

This might be normal I don't know I'm new to all this

So sorry about your quail. Something must have gone wrong during incubation if they are laying on their backs. Definitely post in our quail section. I hope someone can help you there.
