He or she is starting to grow little red thing under its beak is it too soon to tell if its a boy or girl

the little red thing is called a wattle. Your chick is also growing an incorrect comb - not a walnut comb like silkies should have. Did you get from a hatchery? Or she may be a silkie mix. I can't see the rest of the bird without a much better picture in outdoor light.

What do you mean it looks incorrect ??? And I got it from a local feed store so it may be mixed with somthing here's another pic I just hope it does not turn out to be a roo lol

She looks like a black frizzle cochin silkie mix. Very pretty! Looks like a pullet so far.
