My bantam hen is producing too much saliva, think she may choke

on saturday i got four old english dwarf bantam game. this morning i put they're cage outside for with a makeshift run. i gave it a good kick and pronounced it stable. i was wrong. it collapsed while i was at school, one of the hens died. another girl seemed to be fine but she is making too much saliva, i keep clearing out her mouth because, once it built up, it seems to affects her breathing. help me plz plz plz
