My Bantam Rooster Smells Funny

Weird post -but my Bantam Rooster, about a year old, has started smelling kinda bad. Almost sour milk -type of smell. I've checked him good for cuts, and other skin issues but can't find anything.

He does has a little runny nose - but I checked to see if the nasal discharge was what was smelly, and I don't think it was.

Any suggestions? He is seemingly normal & healthy otherwise.
