Unless you intend to breed her and raise chicks to sell, you could call her whichever you like, and it won't make much difference.

EE means they have the gene to lay colorful eggs. If she was a pure BR she would lay brown. Sounds like she is a EE and BR mix. She is beautiful and pretty neat to expect one color egg and get another
