my bator holds temp, my turner turns, but it doesn't turn inside of the bator. HELP !!

Its a little giant still air incubator, i cant see anything that the turner is hitting or getting caught on... not sure whats going on but i have Turkey eggs being shipped to me so i meed to figure this out asap. Please help me.

How long do you have it ?
If it is new please note that it takes about 4 hours for a full cycle so you do not see the movement
note the position of the trays and check again after an hour to see if it moves

Yeah, you can hear the motor running but you will never actually see it move. But it does!
