I don't know what's going on here. Today is day 18 and I have been trying to stablize my temp for the past few days. My thermometer fluxuates anywhere from 99 to 104. I checked the thermometer, it's fine. I have the bator wrapped in bubble wrap to insulate it, leaving an airway, of course. Last time I used it, I barely had to touch it. I don't want to harm my little chickies.

Is your indoor air temp fluctuating? That would cause the bator temp to also fluctuate.

Before we got A/C in our house I had that same problem. My temps and humidity were all over the place.

No, we live in Florida and the temp is set at 75, and hasn't been changed, and the bator is in a spare room with the door closed on the side of the house that has no sun

I also had the same problem that your going through, I just ended up leaving my AC set at 78F and that just stabilized it. It was hot here on my 18th day.

Do you have a wiggler in there?

I agree with RR. Sounds like your tstat went bad.

No, no wafer. But maybe you're right about a problem with the thermostat. And I'm down to my last 2 days.

No wiggler. Maybe I can get one of my chickens drunk and let her sit on the eggs

You may be ok. The air temps should average out and still have steady enough
egg temps. Jack up the humidity. That may help stabilize.
