My bators have been "Clean & Stored" since April

I agree, eggs are best cooked at a nice even 99.5 for 21 days.

Now, come on Mahonri, I think having the incubators cleaned and stored since April is long enough. Perhaps it's time to bust them out and, y'know, make sure they still work and all.

You folks aren't helping!!!

I suppose I need to get NPIP cert. and learn how to wrap eggs.

I hate to see these gorgeous eggs from equally gorgeous birds get cooked in a frying pan with bacon... even though I know they'd be tasty.

I got another 3 dark ones from my FBCMs and 2 more from my Cuckoos today. That's a full Brinsea.....

My wife would kill me!

Just run as fast as you can and as far as you can, with the incubator still hooked into the wall for the next 22 days until they hatch..and then all will be forgiven

Mine has also been packed up since late March. I'm trying to hold off till late October because I want a November hatch so they will be close to laying in the spring. I'm waaaaay overthinking this, huh?
Guess what, I'm almost there and the correct roo is with the correct girls who should be laying hatching-sized eggs at the correct time....yup my *evil plan* is falling right into place!

who can resist cute little peepers.
