My Bev Davis Marans chicks hatched out 11/14!

I lucked out big time....12 out of 16 hatched!
Woo-hooo!!!

I've got a combo of wheatens/blue wheatens, black/blue coppers, 1 blue and 1 birchen.
(umm, I told her I would take whatever she would send me

)
NOW whatam I going to do to get these chicks thru the winter?!

My coop heating bill is going to be thru the roof!
Oh well...it will be worth it.

The single blue will probably be for sale soon since I don't plan on getting more blues and I may have an extra wheaten (or blue wheaten) cockerel or two for sale but I don't think I will sell anything until I can make my selections next Spring.

I'm clueless...what do Marans chicks, started youngsters and adults sell for?

WOW THAT IS GREAT EGG COLOR !!!! If it turns out I can keep a blue copper marans rooster with my hens would you be interested in egg trades. Mine are Wade Jeane and Mari Krebs lines. They are from very dark eggs. I love the blue wheaten and wheaten color in ameraucana and can't wait to see what its like in marans.
