my bigst chicken has the smallest eggs

We found a small egg in our chickens poop and our big chicken wanted to keep it safe we think its her egg.
Does anyone know why they would have small eggs?The chickens a black sexlink.

Eggs size are quite random. You'll have extremely small eggs from time to time, as well as extremely large ones.
