My black chicken

Hi I am new to this sight and new to chickens. Last Saturday we purchased 3 laying hens (Light Brahma, Easter Egger and Black Maran). The EE lays light green eggs, the LB lays small light brown eggs (these girls laid the day we got them) The black chicken, I don't think is a Black Maran, how can I tell what breed she is? She finally laid a medium-dark brown egg today

Maybe a black Jersey Giant. Check and see if the bottom of her feet are yellow. My Jersey lays extra large brown eggs.

Thanks, I will check her feet. Didn't even know of that breed. I was thinking Australorp or Orpington. It's amazing how some of the breeds look so alike. She is a beautiful bird no matter what the breed.

I checked the bottom of her feet and they are not yellow.... still on the search for her breed. if anyone could help.... thanks
