My blue hamburg chick is white!!

My current litter of 2 week old chicks for my urban backyard are healthy and beautiful. I have one blue hamburg that is all white and has areas of pale gray feathers so far. Will she get darker? Will she grow to be splashed? Or do a percentage of blue hamburgs not go blue at all? Lastly, isn't a "blue" of any breed really grey/silver in color? My last years birds( rr reds & barred rocks) were no trouble to figure out.

Sounds like its a splash Hamburg. Since blue doesn't breed true you can get blacks and spashes out of blues. If you bought from a hatchery they usually wont sort out splashes when you order blue anything. My last order of Blue Andalusians was 14 splashes and only 1 that was actually blue.....

So, you don't think she will be white and splashes will grow in later? ( I would have posted pics but I'm traveling) I Have a blue cuckoo mar an that is all black with patches of white. Will she look mostly like a my barred rock?

I have a white blue andalusion that's prob going to be a splash she/he isn't colored up like the other two are one is blue gray and the other is blue black
