I would check out Craigslist. I'm in Knoxville and there have been silkies along with tons of other breeds listed in the past couple of months. Gorgeous hen!

Im a newbie to chickens...but I got mine from MPC...I had just posted some pics of them in the pics section this morning. They are 10 wks old now. All mine were great. Very healthy. I work at the P.O. just up the road from me, so I knew I could get them right away when they arrived, but my call came from the district P.O. that they were in....well, I couldnt have them sitting in that box overnight...(we get quite a few at the P.O. and being new to this I didnt know how they would be packed from MPC) I had my daughter drive me 1 1/2 hours down, and 1 1/2 hours back just to get them....they were packaged very well with a heat pad also. They are doing great. Thats my experience with them, but thats my first time too.....LOL Someone else may have different results.
